🎉 Sky High Fun Zone – Party Booking FAQs

1. How do I book a party?

You can book online through our website, by calling us directly, or by visiting our front desk. Early booking is recommended, especially for weekends and holidays. Parties can also be booked the day before or even the day of depending on availabilty.

2. How many guests are included in each party package?

Each package includes a set number of jumpers (usually 7, 11, 16). Additional jumpers can be added for an extra fee of $15 per jumper.  Only up to four additional jumpers can be added at this price.  If you need to add more than four  jumpers to your party, you will be charged full price jump tickets and socks or you will need to rent two party packages. 4. Can I decorate and when?

Yes, you may decorate with table decorations, balloons and/or a banner. We have birthday banners in place but they can be taken down if needed.  We do not allow balloon arches, confetti or glitter poppers.  We provide basic table cloths (your choice of color), plates, and napkins but you are welcome to bring your own themed/colored items.  You may decorate 15 minutes prior to your reserved party time, unless you have booked a 12 pm party, you may decorate 30 minutes earlier.

5. Can I bring my own food, drinks or cake?

It depends on which party package you purchase! Outside food is not allowed with the Small Shin package (With the exception of cake or cupcakes) as your table area in in our concession area.    We offer food and drink add-ons for your convenience, however, the Hoppin' Hoopla and Birthday Bounce Bash packages that are located in the back party room may bring outside food, but not drinks.

6. What should guests wear?

All jumpers must wear Sky High grip socks (included in party package). Comfortable, athletic clothing is recommended.

7. How early should we arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in, complete waivers, and get ready to jump!

8. Do parents need to sign a waiver?

Yes. All jumpers must have a completed waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers can be completed online in advance or at the front desk.

9. Can I reschedule or cancel my party?

You can reschedule up to 3 days before the event. A $100 deposit is required to book a party and will not be refunded for cancellations.  Refunds will not be given for no show invitees.

10. Is there a minimum age for jumpers?

Yes, jumper must be two years old.  All toddlers ages 2-3 must be accompanied by an adult. Some attractions may have height or age restrictions for safety.

11. Is there a deposit required?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit ($100) is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.

​

12. Can guests who are not jumping attend?

Yes, grandma, grandpa and all the aunts and uncles can come to watch for no fee but be aware seating may be limited in your party area.  They also may surprise you and want to jump!!!!
