By purchasing a Sky High Fun Zone Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Benefits

• Membership benefits are specific to the membership plan purchased and may include:
• Designated jump access during eligible operating hours.
• Discounts on concessions.
• Discounts on birthday party bookings.
• Special member pricing for select events.
• Additional benefits as advertised for your membership level.
• Membership benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Membership Eligibility

• Each member must have a valid, signed waiver on file.
• Members under 18 years of age must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Memberships are valid only for the individual named on the membership account.
• Photo identification may be required to verify membership.

Monthly Billing

• Membership fees are automatically charged each month to the payment method on file.
• Memberships remain active until canceled according to the cancellation policy.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of membership privileges until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

• Memberships are month-to-month.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to the next billing date.
• No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time or canceled memberships.
• Membership benefits remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

Membership Restrictions

• Memberships are limited to one jump session per day.
• Memberships are not valid during private events, field trips, lock-ins, special ticketed events, or other events designated by Sky High Fun Zone unless specifically stated.
• Memberships may not be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.
• Abuse or misuse of membership privileges may result in immediate termination without refund.

Membership-Specific Terms

Safety & Conduct

• All members must follow Sky High Fun Zone rules and staff instructions.
• Unsafe behavior may result in temporary or permanent suspension of membership privileges.
• Membership does not exempt participants from park rules, safety requirements, or waiver requirements.

Operating Hours & Closures

• Memberships do not guarantee admission during peak capacity periods.
• Sky High Fun Zone reserves the right to adjust operating hours, close attractions, or close the facility for maintenance, private events, weather, or other circumstances.
• Temporary closures do not automatically entitle members to refunds or credits.

Changes to Membership Program

• Sky High Fun Zone reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, operating policies, or these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.
• Based on common trampoline park membership practices, memberships are typically non-transferable, subject to park rules, and may be suspended for misuse.
