Party deposits are non-refundable.
Parties may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduled parties must occur within 30 days.
Party deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling will be prioritized. Cancelled parties forfeit the deposit.
Failure to arrive for a scheduled party or booking results in loss of deposit and reservation.
Tickets for special events, classes, and Glow Nights are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Jump passes are non-refundable and have no cash value.
We understand unexpected situations happen. While refunds are not issued, we are happy to reschedule when proper notice is given.
Sky High Fun Zone reserves the right to make exceptions at management’s discretion.
