Sky High Fun Zone (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our guests and website visitors.

  • Book a party or purchase passes

  • Complete a waiver

  • Make a purchase in person or online

  • Subscribe to emails or promotions

This information may include:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Payment information

  • Names and ages of children

  • Signed waiver information

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Process bookings and payments

  • Maintain waiver records

  • Communicate about reservations or events

  • Send promotional emails (you may opt out at any time)

  • Improve our services and guest experience

Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Sky High Fun Zone does not store full credit card numbers.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

Photos & Video

Sky High Fun Zone may take photos or videos during normal business operations and events for promotional use. By entering the facility, guests consent to the use of images that may include them unless they notify management in writing.

Terms and Conditions

By entering Sky High Fun Zone, purchasing admission, or booking a party, you agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

Trampoline and active play activities involve inherent risks. All participants must have a signed waiver on file prior to participation.

Waiver Requirement

A valid, signed waiver is required for every participant. No exceptions.

Sky Socks

Sky High grip socks are required for all jumpers and may be reused on future visits.

Supervision of Children

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times unless enrolled in a staffed program.

Behavior

Guests who are unsafe, disruptive, or do not follow park rules may be asked to leave without refund.

Party Bookings

Party times, jumper counts, and food policies must follow the selected party package. Outside food is only permitted according to package rules.

Passes & Punch Cards

  • Jump passes may be used for multiple children

  • Cannot be used for special events, Glow Night, or private events

  • Computer system records are final determination of remaining uses

Operating Hours

Hours may change due to private events, holidays, or maintenance.

Right to Refuse Service

Sky High Fun Zone reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or policy violations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is the one that saves you from chargebacks and “I changed my mind” situations.

 

General Admission & Jump Time

All sales are final. No refunds for:

  • Unused jump time

  • Early departure

  • Change of plans

  • Failure to follow rules resulting in removal

Party Deposits

Party deposits are non-refundable.

Party Rescheduling

Parties may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduled parties must occur within 30 days.

Party Cancellations

Party deposits are non-refundable.  Rescheduling will be a priority. Parties cancelled,  forfeit the deposit.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for a scheduled party or booking results in loss of deposit and reservation.

Special Events & Classes

Tickets for special events, classes, and Glow Nights are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Jump Passes

Jump passes are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Weather / Illness

We understand things happen. While refunds are not issued, we are happy to reschedule when proper notice is given.

Management Discretion

Sky High Fun Zone reserves the right to make exceptions at management’s discretion.
